Play Noa — a co-op game for building habits
Noa is a game for building habits together with others. You pick your habit yourself, the game makes sure it gets done.
The reporting view — clickable, try it.
First, you meet Noa.

Noa is a neuron. He greets you when you open the game, helps you choose your first habit and shows you how reporting works. Then you start building.
Why a neuron? Because a habit literally is a nerve-cell connection that grows stronger every time. How it works →
You pick the habit.
Maybe a daily walk. Reading. Waking up rested. Skipping sugar on weekdays. Choose a ready-made track, some with guided videos, or build one of your own that fits your life and your everyday.
One thing we ask before you start: ask yourself honestly, are you ready to change? If the answer is yes, remember it when it gets heavy. If the answer is no, that's true too, and then you should pick something else.
Then you build, in cycles.
Every day you report yes or no. After the period you reflect with your group: what worked, what didn't, and why? Then you keep building, or reshape the habit so it fits better. Count on about two months before your habit becomes automatic.
