Noa The Game

Noa - A game for building habits, together.

Our game won't decide your habits, that's on you! The game helps you follow through on your habit.

Have you felt how challenging it is to keep a new habit?

…you're not alone in that, regardless of age, gender, culture; we all share the exact same biological threshold for maintaining a new habit.

How Noa is played.

1. Pick your habit. Which habit, why, and what has been in the way? Choose a ready-made habit or build your own to fit your life.
2. Report "Yes" or "No", every day. It takes a few seconds. And a "No" is not a failure: by reporting no you keep the habit in your awareness, and that strengthens the habit.
3. Reflect with your group. A few people meet briefly and share how it has gone. Everyone gets 3–5 minutes, one at a time. The point is that the habit grows stronger when it's spoken out loud to others.

Count on about two months before the habit becomes automatic. Research says 50% automate their habit within 66 days, we've seen it go much faster.
